How long should it take to export a TM?

Hi there, 
 I'm trying to export a TM for a Wordfast user. The export wizard window has the message asking me to wait while the data is exported with the message 'Exported 0 translation units' . The window stays like that for up to 15 minutes before I lose patience, which is perhaps the problem! So I'd like to know how long it should actually take to export a TM.

Just to close this off... problem was related to Kelsie using a Project TM and not realising her new main TM was still empty until the project was finalised or through running a batch task to update the main TM. 
 
A common mistake as Studio is probably the only tool with this useful concept.

Hi Kelsie, 
 
If you see the message "Exported 0 translation units" that probably means there is either nothing in the TM or there is a problem with it. Would you like me to take a look at it for you, or maybe do a skype session so I can see what's happening on your machine?
