I just tried to update a translation with the modifications the client made in a bilingual review document...I thought 'what a nice feature'....yep, until I actually wanted to use it. 3 hours lost and finally changed a document of 12.000 words manually. What a sick tool.
I noticed I'm not the only one, so I followed the advice of a fellow translator and copied the cells in excel. The result of the EXACT analysis showed me that all accepted track changes were considered to be 'false'...so there was a problem with every modification in the document. I assumed the idea of this review was to make modifications?
Things haven't been very goods since I installed Trados 2015...so if anyone has an idea how to fix this, please let me know. For now, I will use a less features as possible.
