I hope that I am in the right forum. Everytime I try to open a document for translating in SDL Trados 2014 the program hangs. I've upgraded my computer to Windows 10 from Windows 7, and the first time I wanted to use it afterwards it didn't work. I've tried to reinstall, deactive/active, upgraded it, shut off the anti-virus program, but nothing helps. What can I do? I can open Trados, but as soon I will open a package from trados the program only loads and loads. I don´t get any error message, but in the task manager it stands that the program doesn´t answer. (It seems like the file is going to open, it says Open the file..., but then it hangs, always on the same place)

PS. The program can be opened as normal and you can change settings in the program.
