I'll log a case as this seems to be a bug, but I thought I'd post here in case anyone has seen this before and has a solution.
I ran an "Update from retrofit file" task on a file that had several locked segments. The task mistakenly deleted the tags in one of the locked segments. Now I can't reject the change because of course locked segments cannot be edited, but I can't unlock the segment either, so I'm stuck.
Unfortunately I can't post a screenshot of the actual, confidential file, but when I have a little time I'll try and reproduce the issue, although a screenshot probably wouldn't help much.
