Hi,
I have a question regarding the implicit activation of the active line. Although I ticked this option, it doesn't work. I already changed the keyboard shortcut to see if it would change anything and checked for any programm running in background. The problem remains: what should I do?

Just want to check the obvious. Did you disable this option first?
If this is not disabled then that shortcut won't do anything anyway.
I left the default "Alt+Home" for mine and the shortcut works correctly, so assuming you did deactivate it maybe sort on shortcuts and make sure you have not duplicated the shortcuts? Maybe try a different shortcut?
