Quickest way to determine how many words I am translating per hour?

I looked at the Qualitivity app, but it seems like overkill to me. What is the quickest way to determine how many words I am translating per hour on a given project?

  • Hi Michael,

I think Qualitivity is the quickest way as it gives you the stats immediately. Sure it can provide a lot more, but as it does all this without you actually having to do anything I still think it's the best approach.

Alternatively I guess you can always use a stopwatch ;-)

Seriously, there was an app called TimeTracker for an earlier version but the developer decided not to take it any further and instead focused his efforts on Post-Edit Compare and then Qualitivity. I would like to see TimeTracker resurrected as it was a lot simpler, although Qualitivity is a lot more accurate and even takes consideration of idle time if you wish... plus a lot more.

    Regards
