Studio 2015 unable to update and crashes

Question

Hello! 
 I have a problem since this morning: when I start Studio 2015, it keeps trying to update but the update client cannot connect to the server, nothing happens, and Studio freezes. 
 I deactivated the automatic update but when I open a file to work on in Groupshare, Studio crashes again (I tried to open another file, not in Groupshare, and it worked). 
 I tried to perform an update manually and it still crashes... 
 Any idea?

Actually, the problem solved itself later on (I don't know how...). 
I thought I had deleted this question, but I didn't do it right apparently.

Hi Amandine, 
 
It sounds as though you are having network issues. Are you working for yourself, or using a company network? If the latter have you reported this to your IT department? 
 
If the former are you getting any other error messages that might help us to diagnose the problem? Have you tried disabling your AntiVirus/Security software temporarily just in case this is preventing Studio from talking to the outside world? What version of 2015 are you using? 
 
The more information the better for us to help.
