I've just had this query from one of my customers:
I am experiencing an issue when updating translation memories.
I usually select the 'Import translation units as plain text' option when importing units into our TMs as we do not usually require the formatting to be included in our TM. However, we have a client for whom we also need to store the formatting. When updating the TM for this particular client I have chosen not to select 'Import translation units as plain text' as I understand this should then include the formatting in the TM, however I have noticed that this is still importing the units into the TM as plain text.
This is causing some problems as we require the formatting to be included as due to the formatting the units are not appearing as 100% matches. Could you please advise.
