Font size of the printed reports

My company just installed Studio 2015. However, when we print the reports the font size is so small it's barely ledgible. I have to print this at least 10-15 times a day, and so the numbers being so small is a problem. In 2014, I printed reports and the font size was perfect, how do I change the font size so that I can read the text normally? I saw an answer saying save to Excel and work from there but that is not a practical solution since as I stated, I have to print out a lot of these reports daily.

  • Hello Sebastien,

Excel would have been my answer too as there is no way to change the format for the defaults.  How do you work at the moment?  Do you bulk print the html reports without opening them first?

Perhaps a solution for you would be to use the "Word Count Copy" app from the SDL AppStore.  This app allows you to right-click on the file or the Project you want the report for and paste it straight into whatever you need.  It's a more economic report so the fonts are automatically larger as it takes up less space; it's a faster operation which is very helpful if you do this a lot; its very convenient as it's also formatted nicely for text or html formats so you can paste directly into an email, excel, word... whatever you like.

    Regards
