Termbase - error when uploading in Trados 2015

Question

Dear Community, 
 I want to ask your whether you experienced the same problem with the upload of termbases in Trados 2015. I have been having this problem since I first started using Trados 2015 (that was also the first edition i bought). 
 When I set a new project trying to upload the termbase sent by the translation agency, Trados seems not be able to upload the termbase and always shows the same error message Therefore I am forced to open the termbase from Multiterm and look for the words there, which takes of course a lot of time. 
 Here the error message I get: 
 
 Has anybody had the same problem with Trados 2015? A friend of mine using previous versions was not able to help either.

Hi Ilaria, 
 Try using View -> Reset Window Layout and if that doesn't help do a reset. Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio: 
 c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\12.0.0.0

I think you should log a case and have a support engineer look at this. If a reset doesn't help I'm not sure where to look. For licensing or installation issues that prevent you from working we have a route for all customers to get help. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:
