Aligned pairs are not loaded in translation memory files

Question

Dear all, 
 I am working on Trados Studio 2014, I have already aligned files&rsquo; segments and imported them into the translation memory. However, when I navigate to Files, translation is not retrieved. 
 I opened the alignment files to check if results are imported, when I click &ldquo;Import into Translation Memory&rdquo;, the Wizard asks me to select a translation memory, I selected it and a message appeared informing that 0 pairs are imported! 
 Any idea what is going on?

Is this because you have already done it? Please open one of the source files you aligned and pre-translate it with the TM you have imported the files into. If it was successful then the file will be 100% pre-translated. Make sure you set the minimum match value to 99% or remove the alignment penalty first though, otherwise the default pre-translation won't show you the matches from the aligned TM.
