error message when opening a package in studio 2015.

When I try to open a package from a specific client I receive the following error message: Project folder xx not valid. Please try another folder.

I happened to have 2014 on this computer and I was able to open it there, but other times it does not work on either of them. Is this an error from the client's side or something I could fix?

    You probably can't if the first wizard window doesn't even appear! Can I see the package? Would be handy if I can reproduce the problem.

    Failing that, are you aware you can add a .zip to the end of the package name and get at the files inside? This would allow you to manually create the project and then send the sdlxliff files back when you are done. The return package only contains sdlxliff files (essentially... there is some other data but it's not essential to the translation) so that is often a good workaround when you have package problems.
