How to change default segmentation rules when creating a new project (using manual line break)

Question

Hi, 
 How to use the manual line break segmentation rule when creating a new project? I attached an example file. I want the strings before the line break to show in a seperate segment? (For example, Wine Advocate #129 Jun 2000). There are many similar and repeated strings. Is i example file.xlsx t possible? Thanks.

 Simply add the following segmentation rule (there's a period in the "Before break" box and 
 in the "After break" box:
