How to create an attribute not to be translated ?

Question

Dear All, I have received some xliff files from a client (that they have extracted from Wordpress) and some parts should be tags not be translated. (
) I have tried to settle Trados in many different ways. I don't seem to manage, i need help :) Would anyone like to have a look at one of the files (i have 241 in totals) and let me know how to settle trados so that it doesn't include :

If this is XLF then there are two existing solutions to this. 
 
1. Tag the code using the CleanUp tasks plugin from the appstore : appstore.sdl.com/.../ 
2. Handle the xliff as xml and use the embedded content filter to protect the tags 
 
If this is the only tag you need to protect then the first option is probably quite simple, but if you have more than this I'd be thinking about xml.
