Problem with Studio 2014

Hi,

I can't start Trados 2014. I reinstalled the program but it didn't help. The error is:

    Hi Karolina,

    Did you also delete the Studio3 folder after uninstalling?  If not please try this.

    1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features.
      NOTE: Windows 8/10 users can open the Run… dialog with the keyboard shortcut [Windows key + R] > type: Control Panel and press OK.
    2. Locate and uninstall SDL Trados Studio 2014
    3. Delete folder C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio3.
    4. Delete this folder too C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\11.0.0.0\
    5. Install Studio again.
