'Project source language' window appeared, while clicking in some area (not aware what triggered it) it is masking the TM window

Question

This is not a real window, meaning it has no anchor or way to move it, I have no idea how it got stuck in the Editor interface (Studio 15), 
 I seems to be related to the Any TM function (only occurence where it is mentioned when I did a search), it does not show when no document is open: 
 any idea how to remove it besides reinstalling Studio? Thanks

This is related to AnyTM. You can move it elsewhere or have it undocked so it only appears when you click on it, or just click the cross in the top right and don't display it at all. It's for helping when you translate a file that contains multiple source languages.
