Retrofit does not include all changes

Question

Hi! 
 I sometimes have the problem that when doing a retrofit from either bilingual reviews or reviewed target files it will only apply some of the changes I made to the review files. Trados simply ignores some changes! This is very frustrating and time-consuming. Are there any solutions for this or does anyone have any ideas why this might be happening?

To be able to answer this question we need to be able to reproduce the problem. Can you help with some steps to follow, and perhaps some files, so we can reproduce the problem you have and maybe suggest a way forward?

Yes, this would help: 
 
1. sdlxliff file prior to export 
2. exported file 
3. edited export file ready for import 
4. Explanation of which segments to check 
 
With these I can hopefully reproduce. You can email them to pfilkin@sdl.com

 Yes I do have them... will get to this shortly. I try to answer the fast ones when I can, and then if I have to work through something like this I need to set aside a bit more time. Sorry for the delay. 
 On your notifications... click on your personal settings in the top right and then you can customise the emails you get after subscribing generally:

I have tried to replicate some of the problems you have reported and can't. Perhaps we can look at this together over Skype? Then you can walk me through the way your are working so I can replicate this problem.
