How to copy the source text to target for the whole project?

Question

Hi, I'm working on a localization project with more than 400 files. I'm using Trados 2015, and I want to copy all the source text to the target when I open files. I have checked "Automatically copy source content to target cells when opening documents" in the Options, but still the files are open with blank targets. The source is inserted to the target when the cursor goes to a specific segment, but what I need is to have all the source text inserted in advance rather than one segment after another. Is there a quicker way to do this? Thanks.

Hello Peggy, you can either: 1) pre-translate and set copy source to target or 2) open the documents virtually merged and using Shift+F4 (Copy all source to target) Regards, Ladislav

Hi Peggy, 
yes, shift+F4 does not work in WS projects. Another quick solution could be Segments Actions plug in,which lets you do this on whole project or selected files in few clicks.
