Added new files don't appear in the rest of the computers

Question

Hi, everybody! I work in an agency where there are 3 computers, all of them linked to the same server. I create the projects on SDL Studio and my colleagues open them and work on them in their computers. But when I add new files to the projects that have been already started to be translated, they don't appear in the other computers, so I must add the files, prepare them, check if the segmentation done is correct, etc. in all the computers (no sense!). Does anybody know how to get the files appear in the rest of the computers? Thank you!

Just remove the project from the list on the PC, where you wanna work, and then add it, after it has been modified. Studio needs to reread the SDLPROJ after you added the files, otherwise only your PC does see that.

Yes, everyone who is opening the SDLPROJ file at the same time will overwrite the server version with their own version. The proper way to share projects is GroupShare. The other way is to actually only share SDLXLIFF files on the server. All users working on a project can set up their own project (or copy the master project) to their own C:\ and then only share the SDLXLIFF's on the server.
