If you are referring to Trados 2007 TMs, just use the upgrade procedure integrated in Studio.

Go to Tools and chose Upgrade Translation Memories. The process if pretty straight forward and self-explaining.

If you want to keep also settings for customer lists and segmentation rules, please do not forget to change the setting from default to customized on the last settings tab there.
