Hi! A couple of days ago I sent a return package created in the latest Studio version (SR2 - 12.2.5195.7) to my client as usual. However, this time my client was unable to download it and received the following error message:
The client asked me to resave it in the old format and return. I opened my project in Studio 2011 (luckily I didn't delete it on my other computer) and created a return package. That helped. It was lately found that the client still uses Studio 2009. The problem was solved but I think it is not the best solution. Is there any other way to create return packages for older Studio versions?
