Please can anyone help me work out why I can't use studio 14 right now? Importing a new file for translation, and it seems to throw up this message. the suggested solutions at KB #4984 and 2818 have not worked.

Hi Judith,
This is very generic error message which could be caused by any number of issues
To help you further, could you explain in further detail (screen shots) what the issue is and provide the following info
1. Your Operation System
2. Anti Virus Software you have installed
3. File type you are trying to import to Studio 2014
4. Your MS Office version and in what Office version the file was created
