I'm confused because I can not open a file, I have an error message: "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index."
Does anybody understand this or had this happening too? Can anyone help?

The error message can happen for several reasons, so in order to get more details we need to see the stack trace.
You should be able to save the error details by clicking the floppy disk icon in the bottom left corner:
