A different author for each of project's files: is it possible?

Hi, everybody! I would like to know if it is possible to set a different author for each one of the different files of a project. I mean, in my enterprise, we usually work with one translator for each of the projects. But sometimes it is necessary to have two translators for the same project. I always use the fields to identify which translator created the segments, in order to know the creator when we use an already created segment. My question is: can I assign an author to one file of the project and another author for another project? If so, how could I do it? 
 Related to this, I would like to know if it is possible to make the "created by" field appear in the right part of the TM results (where only customed fields appear).

If you create Project Packages then you can of course assign different files to different translators and see in your projects view who is working on which file. If you are using GroupShare then it's even easier as you actually assign the files to the named translators and can track the progress of the work through the Studio interface in the GroupShare Project. 
 
On the "created by" field. The only way to do this, other than using the API to create a custom TM provider such as the RecordSourceTU app from the SDL AppStore, is to create custom fields in your TM and then you update your TM with the translators name against this field when you get the translations back:
