When I open Reports view window "Loading report" displayed, process going infinitely (I was waiting a few hours), button "Cancel" is not closing this window and Trados can be closed only with "Close task" in Taskmanager. I was trying to delete folder Studio 2015 in Documents and start process againg but it's not helping, "Loading report" is stuck again.
This is quite a late response, but I have also encountered this problem once in a while.
Since the report never loads, and cancelling the report fails, I also kill a process.
But I don't kill the Studio process.
Instead, I go to the Windows Task Manager, then the tab showing the individual processes (the "Details" tab in Windows 10).
Then I look for an EXCEL process and kill it, as I think this is probably safer than killing Studio.
