failed in framework?? Que es??

Aparentemente el programa no convierte los archivos y me aparece ese cuadro Failed in Framework.dll 
 Les agradezco mucho la ayuda!

1. What version of the software are you using? 
 
2. What filetype are you trying to open? 
 
3. What windows operating system are you using? 
 
4. Does this happen with all your files or just a particular one?

I think your problem is W2008. This is very old and is not supported at all. Given your problem is with PDF files I think your answer (apart from upgrade your operating system) is probably going to be convert your PDF files to Word with another tool before you start and then translate the Word files you seem to be able to handle. It's likely that Studio is unable to do the conversion of the PDF because of the age of the platform you are running on, so if you can't upgrade it then you'll have to do the conversion to Word elsewhere. 
 
I've never seen anyone trying to run Studio on an operating system this old... I'm amazed it runs at all!
