Failed to save target content: The given key was not present in the directory.

Question

Hi, 
 I'm trying to save the target content in word, but instead I'm getting this error message: Failed to save target content: The given key was not present in the directory. 
 I've gone over all the tags, done a QA-check and everything seems to be in order, so why do I get this problem? I was able to save the target content two days ago. 
 Hope that someone has a solution to this problem.

Hi Jonna, 
 
It helps to know what version of the software this is as this error sounds a little like one we used to see in Studio 2014. Sometimes it was was related to an ampersand (&) or a hash symbol (#) being in the path to the file. I have also seen this one resolved by simply closing Studio and restarting it. 
 
Perhaps you can try these things and also let us know what version of the software you are using and also which Word filetype you are using. There are three in the later versions of the software.
