Trados Studio 2015 SR2 fails to convert a Microsoft Word document to Translatable Format and the error message is simply "The method or operation is not implemented." I can open the file with MS Word with no problem and there is no apparent issue with the file. I've restarted the Trados Studio but didn't work. What should I do? Any help or suggestions will be most appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Assuming you've also run a QA check already for missing tags (F8 in the Editor View) it may be worth retranslating the source file and making sure you are using the latest version of the Word filetype:
So open the source file again for translation and make sure that you have the WordProcessingML v.2 filetype at the top of your list for DOCX files. This version is more forgiving than the old one and it may not be your default. Once it's open just pretranslate from your TM, correct any tag differences as there may be some when you use a different version of the filetype, and then try saving the target again.
