Question

The last week I keep getting this message whenever Trados tries to autosave. I can save manually, so this is not a problem, but there are other functions that I can't use and they seem to be getting more. I can't create a return package and today I couldn't open multiple files in one view for translation. I just get the same message. I tried to uninstall/reinstall Trados today, but when I try to uninstall I get a message saying that there is a product code missing.

It helps to tell us what version of Studio you are using as there has been a few fixes for this message in 2015 SR2 and maybe you just need to update your software? However, I think you should log a case with the support team given you are now unable to even uninstall. For licensing or installation issues that prevent you from working we have a route for all customers to get help. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:
