Studio 17 - Unable to change source language in Adaptive MT

Question

I have just installed Studio 2017. The installation was successful and everything seems to work okay but I can't set up the Adaptive MT feature. I proceeded according to the little video and when I clicked on Manage Adaptive Engines and then New Adaptive Engine, I could not select any language other than US English as the source language, despite German showing as the source language on the previous screen (and set up and working as such in the Editor).

 *At the time of launch, SDL Trados Studio 2017 AdaptiveMT will be available for translating from English to French, Italian, Dutch, German and Spanish, more language options will follow. 
 The important part being "English to", not the other way around...

There is unlikely to be changes to this until next year, and even then only small changes. So adding a couple of new languages (tbc) and making the existing pairs available to other way around. After that it will be a continual process of adding more pairs over time. Exact timings are still to be confirmed, but you can be sure there will be plenty of activity around the new languages so you should be made aware through mailers, social media etc. 
 
The teams are working on this as quickly as they can, and are well aware of the number of open pairs to deal with... can't really do it fast enough for us either!
