I just did a re-install of Studio 2017. Prior to that, I backed-up all Studio folders from various locations and deactivated the application online.
After re-installation, I was able to activate Studio online. So far, so good.
Then I copied the backup folders to their original locations, and it seems that this destroyed my license. When I started Studio after that, it was not activated any more and my license did not work because it's "in use". Offline Deactivation does not work either, becaus it IS deactivated already, so there's no chance for me to generate the Deactivation Certificate. So I'm stuck with no way out now. The "Please log a support request" link does not work either. Could you please advise how I can activate Studio again from here???
