Error about "Invalid culture identifier" in Studio 2015

Question

Hi, 
 I installed Studio 2015 Freelance and encounter this problem when working on projects. The Confirm function doesn't work for many segments (these can be empty, 100% matches or other fuzzy matches). The strange thing is that this doesn't happen to all segments of the file. For the moment I just manually change the segment status to translated for those segments that don't work normally, but the problem is that this doesn't update my TM.

Hi Anna, 
 
There could be a couple of reasons for this, but I think the first thing to do is make sure you are using the latest version of Studio 2015. You should have this version: 
 
SDL Trados Studio 2015 SR2 build 12.2.5195.7 
 
You can check this by going into the Help menu and clicking on "About SDL Trados Studio". So lets check this first.

Hi Anna, 
 It would be helpful to know what build you have as you may not need to all of the steps... but here's how you make sure you have everything: 
 
 Download the latest installer version from your SDL account. This should be; SDLTradosStudio2015_SR2_5082.exe 
 If the one you installed is not this version of the installer then uninstall the one you have and install this one. There is no need to worry about licensing, you can uninstall and install on the same machine without losing it. 
 Once you have installed the latest one start it up and you should be prompted to update to CU7. Follow the instructions with the automatic update and then you should be good.
