Dears , 

Recently, we are facing issues in the  Groupshare 2015 Check in - Check Out . Here  is teh scenario :

1- Create a new project and publish it ( The username used to craete and publish the project is 'sa' )

2- Username 'sa' assigned users for different phases and Check out the file  , and change the phase to the translation phase .

3-  Now the user assigne to the translation phase 'Haifa' is getting the notification and should be able to start translation , however when accessing the SDL  and click on Check out the file , I recieve the error 

Note:

- The username 'Haifa' is in  translator Role which have the Check out My files Permission 

- The file is not checked out to any one 'none'

Also when I try to create other porject with other user name 'example translator1 username' , the system administrator which have the Check out any file permission can't Check out the file assigned to him in this project .

It seems that the Checkin-Out is not working anymore , only the user who created the project can edit it ..
