I can't use SDL because my license is associated with the old machine.

Hi! 
 
 I returned my former computer and bought a new one due to efficiency; now I can't use SDL because my license is associated with the old machine. 
 
 I forgot to deactivate my license before deleting the software from that one. 
 
 Please help!

 I have added the free 2017 upgrade to your account as previously arranged. 
 To request a license reset ticket- please go to http://support.xl8.one 
 If you want to run both Studio 2015 and Studio 2017 along side each other- 
 please refer to the following community article BEFORE upgrading to Studio 2017.
