Can you provide some more detail around this?  I can't reproduce it.  Would be useful to know the status of the segments (translated/approved/signed-off) before auto-propagation, the version of Studio.  At the moment, if I use the same options as you then segments are AP'd, confirmed, and then when I close the file and open it again they are still confirmed.  If you have the ability to record a short video of the process as you carry it out this would be even more helpful?

This is to be expected as they are already in your TM so they are picking up the CM status from the fact you did it before.  You could avoid that be disabling your TM if you have to do it again and wish to retain the 100% match status?
