Create Project Package Wizard: the option to add a termbase has disappeared from the wizard

Question

I installed Studio 2015 Professional (SR2 - 12.2.5195.7) on my new computer 2 weeks ago. 
 I noticed that when I'm creating packages, I do not longer see the option to add a term base to the package in the File-based Resources section, as I used to on my old computer. Have the Studio versions changed? Is there a workaround for this? Thanks much!
