Problem opening a package in Studio Freelance 2014

Hello, 
 
 I have Trados Studio Freelance 2014. 
 
 Until very recently, I have not experienced any problems with it. 
 However, in the past two months the following problems have occurred in a large project with many other translators. The other translators have all received similar packages to me - and have not experienced any problems. 
 PROBLEM 1: The package (probably from a Studio 2015 Version) opened as normal, but would not allow me to make a return package for the whole project. I had to return each of the files in the package separately to my agent. 
 PROBLEM 2: Here, I could not open the package (probably from a Studio 2015 Version) because the FINISH button was greyed out. 
 
 Has anyone any ideas why this has happened?

Hello David, 
 
Problem 1 : Did you make sure that your project was activated when you tried making a return package ? 
Problem 2 : I think you have to select the files first and then the finish button will be available.
