Dear All

I am a French linguist using mainly SDL Trados for translations from English to French. As you may know, one can generally say that the order of words in EN is the reverse in FR.

So, I would like to create a shortcut (for example Alt-Left/Right Arrow) allowing to move a full word to the left/right of the preceding/following word.

I have programmed that for Word and it works perfectly.

But I don't know the language for Trados Studio neither how to do it.

Would someone try to implement it or help me to do it ?

The principle is simple:

Place mouise on a word ; use shortcut ; the word is then cut ; the program search left or right the previous/following word ; and pastes the word previously cut. That's done!
