I have a client who only works with packages and I cannot open them, especially since I downloaded an upgrade. The error message is the following: Could not load file or assembly or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. My guess is this happened right after you updated Trados 2015 to CU8.
Is the DLL name "SDL.TranslationStudio.Plugins.WorldServerTranslationProvider.Api.dll"?

However, I believe you need to go to the following folder and double-click "WorldServerComponents.msi":
C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\SDLTradosStudio2015_SR2\modules
