File statistics - percent translated

Question

When I finished translating a Word file in SDL Studio 2017, the file statistics showed that it was only 70% finished, even though the whole thing was translated, saved and Saved As for the client. I had taken a couple of breaks during the work (saved each time) and each time I resumed, I could see how much was translated - except the last time when it seemed stuck at 70%. What did I do wrong?

You did nothing wrong. This happens sometimes and can often be corrected if you run a wordcount batch task for example just to refresh. Sometimes this won't work either though... but don't worry as this doesn't affect anything with regard to your work and if you return a package to your client it's very likely the file will show as 100% for them. 
 
More of a very irritating thing that we don't seem to have been able to resolve yet.
