Problem with Trados studio 2017 after choosing "TRANSLATE SINGLE DOCUMENT". I can choose source and target language but when hit "OK" button, nothing happened.

Can you tell me how you got to this window, step by step please? The screenshot is missing the Translation Memory selection information so something is definitely amiss here. I'm inclined to suggest a Studio repair but perhaps there is something else going on based on how you got to this point... so I'm interested to try that first.
