The option to delete individual comments is grayed out and I believe I accidentally deleted them all a week ago anyway. However, the comments are still there. The yellow highlights were removed in the editor, but the comments are still listed, both in comment tab as well as comment export plugin and individual remove option is grayed out while remove all is not doing anything,
Is this a bug? Never had this problem in previous versions.

Thank you for the sdlxliff. It looks to me as though these are all source comments so you cannot delete them. For example, if you look at the first one, you'll see something like this (I changed the text) in the original XLF file:
If you have the original XLF file and it did not have these notes then I'd be interested to know a little more about your workflow?
