Verifier disabled in some files

Question

Some files I receive from my client (an agency) have the Verifier disabled. The problem seems to lie in my settings and not theirs. I've checked the Verifier options and everything seems to be setup correctly. Am working with Trados 2017, but I had the same issue with 2015, too.

 Hi, 
 Verifier settings are project specific so make sure you are looking in your Project Settings and not File -> Options. Perhaps you received a package and the settings are the ones setup by your client?
