Dependency file not found

Question

I have got a project package with a large .docx file as dependency file in a separate location (package was created by memoQ). When I wanted to create a preview, I could tell Studio where to find the original source file. Now I want to export the translated file, but Studio cannot find the dependency file and Studio does not ask me to help it locate, so I cannot create the target file. What can I do to tell Studio where to look for the dependency file when exporting?

I'm a little confused here. You say the package was created by memoQ? Why aren't the source files memoQ xliff in this case? Certainly if the flow was DOCX to memoQ to Studio then you have no way to generate the target DOCX from Studio. Only memoQ can do this. The same would apply if it was DOCVX to SDLXLIFF to memoQ; only Studio would be able to create the target DOCX. 
 
Perhaps you can explain this with a little more detail?
