Crashing PC (with the ‘famous’ blue screen) when working in Studio 2015 on a Windows 7 Pro 64 bit PC?

Hello,

 

Has anyone of you experienced a crashing PC (with the ‘famous’ blue screen) when working in Studio 2015 on a Windows 7 Pro 64 bit PC? My newly installed new PC crashed every 2 or 3 days while I’m working in Studio, you see.

 

I was wondering if Studio could be the cause of my crashing PC. Especially because I have a brand new PC that I installed a month ago (Windows 7 Pro 64 bit preinstalled).

 

Or should I install Windows 10 Pro 64 bit on my new PC (also preinstalled)?

    Sorry for my late reply....

    Thank you for your reply. I indeed didn't think Studio was/is the guilty one of these blue screen crashes. I fully updated Windows 7 Pro on my new PC and updated most of the drivers (all except the driver for USB 3.0 that deactivated all my USB 3.0 ports). I hope all goes well now. If not, I'll install Windows 10 on my new PC (also preinstalled, but as second option).

    I have in fact a major problem with this list:  I didn't receive an e-mail to tell me there was a reply. The other problem is that I once again has really to search how to post a question on this list.
