WordProcessingML still v.1 despite having Trados Studio 2015 SR2 (12.2.5195.7) - how do we update to v.2?

Question

One of our Pro License users has Trados Studio 2015 SR2 (12.2.5195.7), but her Microsoft Word 2007-2016 file type identifier is still showing WordProcessingML v.1. We checked for updates, we ran a repair. That did not help. We tried disabling the other Word file types and moving 2007-2016 up, but that does not change the file type identifier. Do you have any suggestions what we could do? Thanks a lot in advance. And happy new year!

Have you checked to make sure you are using new templates? Try renaming the default template to force it to update to the latest, or check that your Project Templates are not using older versions... could be there is a little message in the right hand pane advising you that additional filetypes exist.
