Alignement of 2 excel files

Question

Dear all, 
 
 Is there a way of making an alignement (SDL studio 2015) of 2 excel files with studio only taking into considerations the lines in the excel files and not creating alignements according to full stop etc. Is there a setting?

Hi Kaarina, 
 
I just saw the email you sent me... I wonder why you don't just copy the content from one into column 2 of the other? It looks as though there are exactly the same number of segments (based on cells). Once you have single files containing both languages you have two choices (at least:) 
 
1. Open the file as a bilingual excel and update the contents into your TM 
2. Drop the files into the Glossary Converter and convert to TMX
