How to see Fragment Matches even if the segment is %100 match?

Question

Dear Community, 
 I use Trados 2017 and when I am on "exact match" segments I see the note as "Exact match found (no fragment search performed)." on the Fragment Matches Window. But I still want to see the Fragment Matches even if the segment that I am on is %100 match. 
 So, is there any setting that I can change to see the Fragment Matches?

I believe this has already been raised as an enhancement request. There is no option at the moment because the development team thought it would be better for performance if this did not happen where it was not needed.
