This is a very generic message coming from your computer. You really need to provide the error stack with more details as the same title is used for all kinds of things. You can add the error stack to this post by adding the xml file as a file under the advanced editing options. You get the error stack here:
Having said this, I think it would be more helpful to see your file so we could rule out the file by checking on another computer. Are you able to share it? You can email it to pfilkin@sdl.com if you can.
