Where is its interface? how can I use it during a translation job. In editor I cannot see any interface suggesting me where to go and how to have results from it. thank you

Hi Maria,
This is essentially Machine Translation. So you add it in exactly the same way as you would add any Machine Translation provider:
Once you've done that, if your language pair is compatible then you'll be taken through the wizard to set this up. You might find this blog article helpful if you are completely new to this:
